• Organizing for and facilitating recruitment plan meetings in conjunction with hiring managers
• The IT recruiter is in charge of the creation of recruitment strategies and interview plans for different IT positions within the organization
• Implementation of recruitment strategies
• Carrying out of interviews for IT professionals
• Development of candidates for various IT positions from within the company through training before the actual need arises
• Include newspaper advertisements for different IT positions
• Work with professional recruiting agencies to get the best possible IT talent
• Lead the development and implementation of online IT recruitment strategies
• Carry out research to find out if the recruitment strategies being applied in the organization are effective
