A pharmacy technician is an individual who works in a pharmacy and helps a pharmacist in running a pharmacy. These individuals provide medicines to the customer as mentioned in the prescription and also advise the customer about the dosage. They also have to ensure that the drugs are stored in secure and proper condition. Sometimes they may also have to attend phone calls in the pharmacy and enter data in order to prepare the bill.

- Arranging the medicines in order and keeping the store clean
